A rare political petitionary pamphlet lobbying for greater and better-enforced restrictions on the exportation of wool from Great Britain and Ireland to France. The document is among the earliest examples of commercial lobbying literature, which first began proliferating in the lobby of the House of Commons around the time of the accession of King George I and the British general election of 1715. ESTC records three copies: two at Oxford and one at the University of London.
