The rare 'excluded' laws of colonial Massachusetts.
A rare collection of temporary acts passed by the colonial assembly in Massachusetts. These acts were omitted from the laws printed by Green and Russell in 1763 (Evans 9430). The laws included in this volume are from sessions held between 1736 and 1763, and concern local issues addressed in the larger publications: roads and bridges, fish and game (alewives and deer), excise taxes on spirits, an act providing for armed vessels to guard the coastline, and several acts relating to the poor. Rare, with only nine copies in OCLC.
Cushing 698; Evans 9432. OCLC 19448858.
