An account of the laws passed at a special session of the Arkansas General Assembly, which took place from Nov. 4 to Nov. 18, 1861.

This session occurred several months after the state of Arkansas had seceded from the Union, and thus contains several laws and resolutions relating to the state's relationship with the Confederacy and and its engagement with the Confederate war effort.
